Go ahead.  Keep your windows open at night and let in the fresh summer breeze--while keeping the burglars AND bugs out.  No, you don't need obtrusive bars for security measures in order to do this.  How about a traditional-looking mesh screen?

Two alarmed security screens for the front window of a residence

Feeling that breeze flow across Baboosic Lake and into your family room in Merrimack, NH (where One Source Security is conveniently located to Southern NH and MA) can be quite pleasing.

If you'd like to arm your security system, and still leave your windows open, "it's a breeze!"  Just use alarmed security window screens.

The detection wires are interwoven into the mesh screen and spread out approximately every 3 to 4 inches--they're barely noticeable.  If someone cuts through the screen, the severed wires will trip the alarm.  And if someone tries to pry the screen's frame away from the window or push it in, that will also set off the alarm.

One key way that the screens add a layer of security to your overall system, is that they will sound the alarm before the thief even enters.  Motion detectors that are set up inside, on the other hand, only work when the thief has already entered.  We are not recommending one over the other.  Motion detectors are still considered part of a complete residential or commercial security system.

One Source will be able to answer any questions, provide quotes and provide free consultations regarding these screens, as well as other security systems such as remote video monitoring, alarm systems monitoring, access control, locksmith services and much more.

Thanks for spending some time with us today.
